Since 1986, the Leadership Tyler has graduated over 600 emerging and established leaders
committed to a life of community service.
Leadership Tyler is an incredibly powerful program that helps participants develop skills
critical for success in today's professional environment, while equipping them to serve as
pivotal leaders in our community. Leadership Tyler provides practical information and effective training

Leadership Tyler's lasting legacy is its graduates - our alumni serve as policy-level
community trustees, as elected and appointed officials, and as leaders in the private,
public and non-profit sectors of the Smith County area.
