Since 1986, the Leadership Tyler has graduated over 600 emerging and established leaders
committed to a life of community service.

Leadership Tyler is an incredibly powerful program that helps participants develop skills
critical for success in today's professional environment, while equipping them to serve as
pivotal leaders in our community. Leadership Tyler provides practical information and effective training
from a wide range of experts to help each participant become a more well-rounded and confident

public and non-profit sectors of the Smith County area.

Class 22

The Class 22 curriculum is a nine-month program, which includes two retreats and monthly daylong forums which focus on a community issue as well as incorporating a leadership training component for those issues. Forums will include diversity, healthcare, education, social awareness, the economy, communication, and other critical issues facing our community.

Facilitation and Training Services

The Leadership Tyler Facilitator Network provides local leaders trained in the art of facilitation guiding and motivating community-based businesses and organizations through meeting and planning. This guidance becomes an opportunity to unleash the power of the participants as they develop solutions that are created, understood, and accepted by all.
