LT Facilitator Network

With so many smaller organizations relying more heavily on the input of employees in a broad variety of decisions and with individuals in many areas increasingly being asked to work as members of groups, facilitation is becoming a critical skill for coordinating the ideas and contributions of diverse sets of people within organizations.

In today’s organizations, facilitators play an essential role in discussions, meetings, teamwork, and overall organizational effectiveness. Leadership Tyler has a network of trained facilitators to provide high quality, but affordable facilitation services that “guide the participants through a series of pre-defined steps to arrive at a result that is created, understood, and accepted by all the participants.”

Our facilitators provide leadership in meetings by encouraging the participants to assume responsibility and take the lead for ideas and action steps in order to reach their goals. The facilitators in our Network are alumni from the Leadership Tyler core leadership program. Our facilitators have demonstrated a passion for service; have graduated from our facilitator training program; and have a variety of backgrounds and primary occupations to best fit your needs.
